Absolute Tank Testing, Inc. was started in 1995 as the only New England states licensee of the Tracer Tight Tank Testing method. Absolute Tank Testing is one of the few, small, privately owned, tank testing companies in New England. Our company has been in business for more than 22 years and provides underground oil and gas tank testing and other environmental services for the sale and/or management of residential and commercial properties, homeowners, homebuyers, realtors, real estate attorneys, insurance and financial institutions as well as government agencies, municipalities, health care facilities, environmental consultants and many others.
Our licensed and trained technicians currently utilize the Horner EZY3 Locator Plus tank tightness testing method. This tank testing methodology also offers state of the art equipment in order to also to conduct line and leak detector testing. This tank testing method is 3rd party certified and conforms to EPA and NFPA guidelines and is accepted by the Connecticut DEEP, Westchester County Health Department, and the New York, Department of Conservation.
Absolute Tank Testing also offers services such as tank locating, cathodic protection testing, soil sampling in addition to a variety of environmental services, including Phase I & Phase II environmental surveys and Veeder Root testing. We serve all of Connecticut, Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York as well as Western Massachusetts and Southern Vermont.
